Shri. Gagandeep Singh is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds Masters in Commerce (M.Com), Diploma in Business Professional Programmer from Ministry of Information & Technology (BPP). He posses vast experience in the field of Taxation, Management Consultancy, and Corporate Law. He has vast experience in handling litigation matters. He has co-authored in various tax books. He had been in the organizing head for conducting various seminars for different professional groups of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also a member of CA Cricket Team of NIRC of ICAI.

Shri. Prabhpreet Singh is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He qualified as Chartered Accountant at the age of 21 only. He also holds Masters in Commerce (M.Com) from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He posses wide experience of setting up appropriate control system and development of Management Information System. He has vast experience in formulation of policies and norms for various schemes/projects, its appraisal, implementation and coordination of monitoring and evaluation of various schemes/projects. He has carried out various Due Diligences on behalf of Investors, PE Funds. He is expert in preparing Credit Monitoring Arrangement Data (CMA), Project Reports, Restructuring Proposals and its appraisals.
